I wonder if this would be an appropriate comparison as these units have different functions. The Treo is mainly used for making calls while the blackberry is for handling your emails.
But people can’t hold but make comparisons. Treo aficionados hold tight to their Treos saying that anyone who utilize Linux should be on the Treo camp as the Blackberry have no sync support with the RIM units.
But Nextel’s Blackberry, 7520 is different. The push technology would separate if from the crowd.
Software. This seems to be the edge of the Treo. Treo has made available more software in the past years. But the Blackberry is coming up with tremendous software updates. Lately a lot of software just became available.
While the Blackberry may be fast, it doesn’t have the computing power of the Treo.
All in all, If you want more power, then go for the Treo. If you want better communications, then it’s the Blackberry.
